Draft a reply

A Draft button in Messages writes a reply using what the booking actually says — the trip and its date, what is still owed, whether the waiver is signed. It fills the box for you to read, change and send.

It fills the box, it never sends. Nothing goes to a customer without you pressing send.
It uses your own words — the style comes from your saved email templates, and it answers in the language the customer wrote in.
It does not make things up. If a fact it would need is missing, it says what it needs rather than inventing a time or a price.
An allowance per shop — a set number of AI requests per rolling 24 hours. If it runs out the composer works exactly as normal.
