Bookings arrive at 2am and the seat is held
A guest sees the seats left on each departure, pays the deposit by card, and gets a confirmation with a Booking ID on it. An unpaid seat is released automatically and goes back on sale.
Without it
Most shops still take bookings on WhatsApp, by email and at the door. Two people book the last seat. A deposit never arrives. Someone spends the evening writing confirmation emails by hand.
What Seascape does
The booking page shows live availability per boat. A customer picks the activity and the date, fills in their details, pays the deposit by card and gets a confirmation with a Booking ID. Put it on your own site with one snippet, or send the link. When a trip is full, customers join a waitlist and you choose who gets the freed seat.
