Booking software for snorkel tours
Hol Chan at nine, Shark Ray Alley at eleven, forty guests, one boat. Fill it without overselling it.

What goes wrong running snorkel tours on a spreadsheet?
Three things, and they are the same three in every shop we have sat in. Two people sell the same seat. The list the boat leaves with is not the list the office has. And the money taken at the dock does not match the money in the system, so somebody spends the evening working out which.
- “The hotel desk sends six guests and the boat is already full.”
- “Half the guests pay cash at the dock and the count at the end of the day is wrong.”
- “Fin sizes are collected on a clipboard and read off it on the boat.”
What does a day on Seascape look like?
It looks like the day you already run, with the re-typing taken out. The morning starts on one screen the office and the dock both read; the boat leaves with a manifest that is already right; the guests who turn up sign and pay where they stand; and the evening reconciles itself instead of being reconciled.
The day view
Both departures, seats sold against the boat's capacity, and the forecast. When the hotel calls, the answer is on the screen.

The manifest
Names, fin and mask sizes, who is a non-swimmer, per departure. The captain opens the link on his phone.

Check-in
A walk-in scans the QR code, fills in their name and sizes, signs the waiver and pays by card. They are on the manifest before they step aboard.

Reconciliation
Online deposits, dock cash and card sales are on the same financials page, each on its Booking ID. The drawer closes against the count.

Which parts of Seascape does a snorkel tour use most?
These ones, in this order. Everything else is there when you need it and out of the way when you do not — one subscription covers the whole product, so there is no tier to upgrade to when the season gets busy.
Online booking
Customers see what is actually free on each boat, pay the deposit by card and get a Booking ID. No double bookings, no spreadsheet.
Learn moreBoat manifests
Names, certification level, gear sizes and weights, per boat. Phone numbers and payment details stay in the office.
Learn morePoint of sale
Ring up a walk-in dive, a wetsuit rental and a logbook in one sale, and close the drawer against it.
Learn morePayments
A customer pays the deposit by card when they book. The balance is paid from a link before the trip, or at the counter. Every payment lands on its Booking ID.
