Booking software for dive courses
Open Water on Monday, Advanced on Thursday, a referral student on Friday. Each student’s eLearning code is emailed from their booking, and the course’s days are one booking group.
What breaks when the bookings are in three places
Two people sell the same seat. The list the boat leaves with is not the list the office has. The money taken at the dock does not match the money in the system, and somebody spends the evening working out which.

- “Day two of the course is on the calendar and day three is not.”
- “The student finished and their cert is on a form, not on their record.”
A day on Seascape
The same day, with nothing typed twice. The office and the dock open one screen, the boat leaves with a manifest that updates when the booking does, the guests who turn up sign and pay where they stand, and every payment is already on its Booking ID when you close the drawer.

The student's record
Medical statement and waiver signed on their phone. The eLearning code was emailed from the booking on the day they paid the deposit.
Closing the day
Every payment is already on its Booking ID. The course deposit, the balance and the gear rental are on one of them, and the certification level goes on the student’s record when they certify.
