The BCD that fits her is on the boat before she arrives
Gear is held by size with a count against each one. A diver fitted on one activity is fitted on every activity of the same Booking ID.
Without it
A diver is fitted at the counter on Monday and the note stays on Monday's dive. On Wednesday somebody asks their wetsuit size again. The sizes are on a whiteboard that was wiped, and the tank that was due its hydrostatic test went out anyway because it looks like the others.
What Seascape does
Every rental unit is a record: its type, its size, its serial number and the dates it was last serviced. Fitting a diver writes those sizes onto that person on every activity of their Booking ID, so a second dive on the same visit arrives already fitted. The equipment row on the calendar shows which units are out on which departure, and a QR label on the tank opens that tank's record.
