    Welcome to Seascape. Seascape is operated by Seascape Booking Systems (“Seascape”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

    Use of Service

    Seascape provides booking management, client records, and operational tools for dive and snorkel shops. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

    Account Responsibility

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

    SMS Terms

    Seascape SMS Alerts is a text message and WhatsApp program run by Seascape Booking Systems (“Seascape”) for the owners and staff of dive and snorkel shops that use Seascape.

    What we send

    Notifications about your own shop: new and changed bookings, trips that fill up, equipment due for service, and payouts. We do not send marketing through this program.

    WhatsApp or SMS

    We send each alert on WhatsApp when you have chosen it and it can be delivered there, and as a text message otherwise. You choose WhatsApp or SMS only when you sign up, and can change it at any time. If you agreed to text alerts before WhatsApp was offered, you keep getting texts until you agree to the wording below.

    How to sign up

    Signing up is optional and is not required to use Seascape. You can sign up when you create your shop, at any time in Settings → Text alerts, or — if you are on a shop's team without a Seascape login — from an email invite your shop sends you. Each time you enter your own mobile number and tick the box that reads:

    Text or WhatsApp me booking and account alerts for my shop from Seascape. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

    Straight after you sign up, we send:

    Seascape: You are subscribed to booking and account alerts for your shop. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

    How often

    Message frequency varies with how busy your shop is.

    Cost

    Message and data rates may apply. Seascape does not charge for these texts.

    Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@seascape.bz or reach us through our contact page.

    How to stop

    Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after it. Reply START to sign up again. Replying STOP on WhatsApp works the same way. You can also turn alerts off in Settings → Text alerts, or — without a login — from the link in your invite, or at seascape.bz/alerts/manage.

    Carriers

    Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy

    We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy.
