Names, certification level, gear sizes and weights, per boat. Phone numbers and payment details stay in the office.
Without it
A paper manifest is out of date by the time the boat leaves. It carries phone numbers and who still owes money, which the crew do not need, and when a booking changes someone prints it again.
What Seascape does
Each departure gets its own manifest from the bookings on it. You choose what the crew see. Share it by link, print it, or open it on a phone at the dock; when a booking changes, the manifest already has.

Waivers and check-in
The waiver goes out with the confirmation, is signed on the guest's own phone, and is on their record before the tanks are loaded. The version of the text they agreed to is stored with the signature.
