    SMS Terms

    Seascape SMS Alerts is a text message program run by Seascape Booking Systems (“Seascape”) for the owners and staff of dive and snorkel shops that use Seascape.

    What we text

    Notifications about your own shop: new and changed bookings, trips that fill up, equipment due for service, and payouts. We do not send marketing through this program.

    How to sign up

    Signing up is optional and is not required to use Seascape. You can sign up when you create your shop, or at any time in Settings → App: enter your mobile number and tick the box that reads:

    Text me booking and account alerts for my shop from Seascape. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

    Straight after you sign up, we send:

    Seascape: You're subscribed to booking and account alerts for your shop. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

    How often

    Message frequency varies with how busy your shop is.

    Cost

    Message and data rates may apply. Seascape does not charge for these texts.

    Help

    Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@seascape.bz or reach us through our contact page.

    How to stop

    Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after it. Reply START to sign up again. You can also turn text alerts off in Settings → App.

    Carriers

    Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
