The drawer is counted against what was rung up

One page for the week's or the month's takings by day, by activity and by payment method, and eight CSV files for whoever does your books.

Financials: revenue by activity and by method for the period, with the trend charted.

    Without it

The day ends with a card terminal total, a cash drawer, a bank transfer somebody mentioned and a number in a notebook. They are reconciled at the end of the month, from memory, by one person.

    What Seascape does

The financials page shows the week or the month: takings by day, by activity, and by payment method with each method's share, and the outstanding balances underneath. Closing the register records the opening float, the cash counted, what was expected and the difference between them. Eight CSV files download from the reports screen, and every one of them carries the same figures the page shows.

    • The drawer close records the difference as a figure.
    • Card, cash, bank transfer and store credit are on one page.
    • Whoever does the books gets a CSV file to open.

    What is included
