When you sign in with Google, Google's screen now says app.seascape.bz instead of a string of random letters.

When your website is saved somewhere else while you edit it, Keep mine now puts your changes on top of that version instead of writing over it.

New shops sign up in a few short steps, and confirm their mobile before the shop is made.

When you change your website's colours, small grey writing like captions and price notes is darkened just enough to read on every background, and the Theme tab tells you if a colour would make some writing hard to read.

Marketing & analytics connects your own Google account. Seascape sets up Google Analytics and Search Console for your website, and tells Google about bookings when the money arrives.

Seascape's own website now asks visitors before it uses Google Analytics, and the privacy policy says what it collects.

Renaming a page, changing its address, and showing or hiding it in the menu are now part of your website's draft, like everything else on the page. Nothing changes on your live site until you press Publish, and you can undo these changes.

Our privacy policy now explains, ahead of time, what Seascape will access and send if your shop connects its own Google or Meta account to your website. Nothing changes for a shop that has not connected one.

Your booking page and trip calendar now write dark text on a light main colour, as your website already did, and the card terms link in Booking App settings opens a real page.

A customer who doesn't want trip reminders can now turn them off from the email itself, after a clear warning. Money, waivers and cancellations always still reach them.

The client page and the clients list rounded money to whole dollars, so a balance of $337.50 read "$338". Staff charged what the screen said and the customer paid 50 cents too much. Every money figure in the back office now shows its cents.

A booking paid by card more than once (a deposit and then the balance, or two online bookings joined together) could not be refunded to the card: Refund said "More than one card payment on this booking" and Cancel only offered another way. Now one refund covers every card payment.

A diver fitted on one activity before yesterday's Save fix still showed blank gear on their other activities. Those fittings are now copied across, so nobody has to be fitted twice.

Every activity that needs a BCD now asks for the diver's dive weight, on the manifest and wherever gear is fitted.

Fitting a diver on Manifests now waits for Save, and the fitting follows them to every activity on their Booking ID.

From Manifests, send everyone on a day's trips their own WhatsApp with their trip, role, crew call, who else is on board and the notes, plus a button that opens the manifest.

Adding staff to a trip now starts them in the right role for the activity, one person can hold two roles, and a trip can say when the crew is due.

Your Seascape booking page or website can now live at a domain you own, like book.divebelize.com. Ask us to set it up, copy one record into the place you bought your domain, and Settings shows you when it is live.

Powered by Seascape now shows for every shop until you switch it off, on any plan. Links you share now use a real photo from your shop whenever you have one.

Customers see your latest prices on your free address, and a booking link keeps working on your own domain after you rename your address.

Each dive, course and tour you sell online now has its own page, with its photo, price and next dates, that people can find on Google and share.

Every shop now gets its own free web address, like palm-reef-divers.myseascape.site, and picks it when signing up.

When someone shared a link to one of Seascape's comparison pages or its pages for each kind of operator, the preview showed the homepage instead. Each of those pages now shows its own title and picture.

Your shop's check-in link and QR code had disappeared from the Check-In page, with a Generate button in their place. They're back, and printed QR codes never stopped working.

A shop having a big day could stop getting alerts partway through, with no warning. The daily limit is now far higher, so every booking reaches your phone.

A booking, activity, calendar or website link sent on WhatsApp, Facebook or iMessage now previews as a designed picture: your photo with your logo, your shop’s name and “Book online” on it, laid out so even the small square thumbnail shows all of it.

Moving around the dashboard is quicker: Home no longer reloads everything each time you return to it, and several screens that were meant to update by themselves now do.

Your booking page now loads activity photos only as a customer scrolls to them, and photos you upload are made web-sized before they are saved.

The lock promised with the Accountant role. An Accountant sees each client's name, the Booking ID and the money. She can't see how to reach the client, and she can't get any of the client's private links. A Super Admin can still turn on See clients for her.

When someone shares a page of a shop's website on Facebook, WhatsApp or X, the preview now shows that page's hero photo, cut to the wide card those apps draw, instead of the shop's logo squeezed into it. Pages without a hero photo still preview the logo.

Paste your booking link into WhatsApp, Facebook or iMessage and the preview now names your shop, uses your own words and shows your photo — instead of a generic Seascape card.

The dashboard now lives at app.seascape.bz, separate from your public booking pages. Every link you already have still works, and your customers see no change at all.

A customer with your booking page or trip calendar open now sees your shop in the browser tab, not Seascape.

Every CSV export now treats what customers typed as plain text, so a name or note can never run as a formula when the file is opened in Excel or Google Sheets.

Anyone who can edit your website can now take Powered by Seascape off the bottom of your pages, on any plan. It stays on until you switch it off.

When someone asks to come off your website's newsletter list, you can now remove them yourself.

When a customer taps Book on your Seascape website, booking now opens full screen over your page instead of taking them away or squeezing into a box.

A fifth role for your bookkeeper. An Accountant sees Financials, reports, payments, invoices, credit notes, quotes, payouts, payroll and the partner statement, and can export them — and cannot change anything or open a client's record.

Your Seascape website now shows your own icon in the browser tab, instead of Seascape's.

When someone turns on Seascape's alerts, we now text a 6-digit code to the number they typed. Alerts start only after they enter it, so nobody can sign someone else's phone up for your shop's alerts.

Clients → Export on a computer now asks the "Export reports" permission, as it already did on a phone. Messages and booking changes also follow their permissions on the server; at default settings nothing else changes.

Seascape's alerts — new bookings, trips that fill up, equipment due for service — now come on WhatsApp, with a text as the backup, and anyone on your Team list can get them, including crew who don't use Seascape. You send them an invite; they choose WhatsApp or SMS and agree themselves.

We checked every action in Roles & Permissions against what the system actually allows, and closed the gaps.

When you book one of your clients with a partner shop, their page now shows how that booking is going, and the commission you agreed is recorded and added up for you each month. Seascape doesn't move this money — you settle with your partner directly.

The last of the switches in Roles & Permissions now do what they say, for every role.

More switches in Roles & Permissions now do what they say, for every role, and staff pay is kept to the people who can see the shop's money.

A shop can now send one of its own clients to a partner shop's trip. The diver is asked first, and nothing about them is shared until they agree. It only works between shops that have linked as partners, both with partner shops turned on.

Two Seascape shops can now agree to be partner shops. It is off until an owner or admin turns it on in Settings → Integrations → Partner shops, and nothing about a diver is shared by linking.

The Change boats, Change equipment and Change vehicles switches in Roles & Permissions now do what they say, for every role.

A new Send balance reminder button on the Booking ID sends the customer a friendly reminder of what they still owe, with a pay link when it can be paid online. You see the exact email before it goes.

Owner is now called Super Admin, and only a Super Admin can change what each role may do. Managers have a narrower set of permissions, and Staff can now give refunds.

Every booking for a course now checks for room on every day of the course, and an online one is charged the course price, however the booking reaches us. Your booking page already did this; now nothing can skip it.

Staff now need the "Record and change payments" permission to issue a gift card. Redeeming a card onto a client's account stays open to all staff. Owners can turn the permission on in Settings → Team → Roles & Permissions.

A customer booking several activities in one order, and another customer booking one of those same trips at the same moment, could see “Booking failed” on one side. Now both bookings go through when there is room for both. If only one seat is left, one of them still gets “Trip is full”, as before.

Staff now need the "Record and change payments" permission to record payments on invoices and Booking IDs. Owners can turn it on in Settings → Team → Roles & Permissions.

Who can void or delete an invoice is now decided by the "Create and change invoices" permission in Settings → Team → Roles & Permissions. Nothing changes for your team unless you change that switch.

When a customer books again on your website in the same browser tab and with the same email, within 4 hours of their first booking, the new activities now join their first Booking ID instead of opening a second one. One itinerary, one balance, one manifest line for that customer.

Move to another Booking ID can now start a new one, so an activity filed under the wrong person, or one that should be billed on its own, gets a Booking ID of its own in one step.

When a customer books several times online, their Booking IDs can now be merged into one, so they get one bill and one itinerary. The client's page suggests it when their Booking IDs look like one visit.

Owners and admins get an Activity log under Settings → Team, can email a locked-out team member a password reset, and a visit whose money went back now says so on the Reservations list.

With One waiver per activity on, a diver's signature now counts only for activities that use the same waiver, and every signature keeps the exact wording that was signed.

Each location is its own Seascape subscription, and the New Location screen now says so before you create one.

When Seascape extends a shop's free trial, the shop now gets the 4-days-left email before the new end date, not only the 1-day one.

Inviting someone now follows the same rule as changing their role.

With One waiver per activity on, the check-in kiosk and QR link now show each guest the waiver for the activity they picked, and the signed record says which waiver it was.

When a customer accepts a quote and pays it by card, the quote list now says so and still offers Convert to Booking. Converting it moves the card payment onto the new booking.

Fixes for screens that told a new shop something untrue, found while answering the questions a new shop asks.

Ask the assistant how to do something and it answers from Seascape's own help, shows you the article, and says so plainly when it doesn't know.

A new shop can set itself up without help: every setup step points at the button to press, and the help is true to the app again.

Two small things from the Trips and Financials pages.

A printed sign-up code now leads with the check-in time, so a diver who reads it knows when to be at the shop rather than when the boat leaves.

Customers can now see every upcoming trip on one calendar, book straight from it, and ask for a date when they don't see the trip they want. Put it on your own website, your Seascape website, or reach it from your booking page.

Once a trip was confirmed, your Seascape website stopped listing it under Upcoming departures, even though it was still open for booking. Confirmed trips now show alongside the rest.

A sign-up, payment or waiver link posted on Facebook now shows your booking page in the preview, instead of "Page not found".

Owners and staff who signed up for text alerts will get a text when something needs their attention, once text alerts are switched on. Everything about them now lives in its own tab, Settings → Text alerts.

The booking page now starts with who's coming. The person booking types their name once, adds the others, and a link with several trips books every trip for everyone unless they untick one. Each person's details are asked once for all their trips, then they read and sign your waiver.

Bookings taken in the office now ask for the details your shop marks as required, the same way your booking page does.

Choose to get a text from Seascape when something happens at your shop. Sign up now, and the first alerts reach you as soon as they start.

What a customer tells you when they book online now stays on their client record, and a payment for a whole Booking ID pays each activity's deposit before anything else.

Tick bookings on Reservations and send each customer their itinerary in one go.

A student on a multi-day course is now asked how it went after the last day of the course, not after the first.

Reservations now say how each booking came in and who made it, so you can see at a glance whether a customer booked online, used one of your team's sign-up links, or was entered at the office.

A customer on a course that runs over more than one day now sees every day in every email we send them, not just the first.

Refund everyone on this trip now gives each diver's money back the way it came, in one press.

Recording refunds for a whole cancelled trip failed with an error. It works again, says which bookings can't go to an account, and a course's Booking ID shows all its dates.

An activity set not to email the customer, like Day 1 Washout, still carries a price: payment links, receipts and invoices always go and list it.

A multi-day course now lists all of its dates on the client page, not just the first one.

Every screen now counts a trip's seats the same way, recorded payments can only be undone by voiding them, and moving an activity to another Booking ID checks one more thing first.

When Seascape can't reach your bookings, clients or takings, the screen now tells you and offers a retry — instead of showing an empty list that looks like you have none.

When you send a payment link to a client who has money on their account, you can use that money first. The link only asks for what's left.
