Gear fitted before yesterday's fix now shows on every activity

A diver fitted on one activity before yesterday's Save fix still showed blank gear on their other activities. Those fittings are now copied across, so nobody has to be fitted twice.

Every upcoming activity — 19 divers' seats that were missing gear their other activity already had now show it on the manifest. Only empty answers were filled; nothing anyone had entered was changed.
