    Everything Seascape does

Bookings, deposits, manifests, waivers, client records and the till — one system for a dive shop or tour operator's whole day.

The Seascape dashboard: today's trips, who is on each boat, alerts, and the week's bookings at a glance.
    Run the day

What does a shop do before the boat leaves?

It works out who is going, on which boat, with whom, and whether they have signed and paid. Seascape puts that on one screen: the calendar with every departure and its seats, the manifest the captain takes, and the waivers and check-in that stop the dock being where paperwork happens.

How do the bookings actually arrive?

From your own booking page, from the widget on the site you already have, and from the hotel desk that sends you six guests. Availability is real and capacity is enforced, the deposit is taken by card when the seat is secured, and the confirmation goes out on its own with a Booking ID.

    At the counter

What about the people standing in front of you?

Walk-ins, rentals, tank fills and retail go through the till with the same catalogue and the same money as the online side, so the end of the day is one number. Returning divers are on file with their certification and sizes, and students get their eLearning codes from the booking.

    What do you run?

The same system, described in the words of the thing you actually sell.

Not sure what a word means? The glossary defines every one of them.

One system for the whole day.
