A guide's licence is chased 45 days before it lapses
Every crew member carries their Belize Tourism Board licence number and the date it runs out. The weekly digest names the ones running out.

Without it
A guide's Belize Tourism Board licence expires on a date written on the licence and nowhere else, and somebody notices at the dock. Meanwhile the new divemaster can open the takings, because the only two settings anyone ever used were owner and staff.
What Seascape does
Each crew member is a record: their job title, their certifications, their languages, their tour guide licence number and its expiry date. A weekly digest names every licence, certification and insurance falling due — 45 days ahead for a tour guide licence, 30 for an insurance — and the shop can move that lead time to 14, 30 or 60 days. Permissions are 41 switches across 21 groups, so a divemaster opens the manifest without opening the money.
- A licence is named 45 days before it expires.
- A divemaster sees the manifest and not the takings.
- Time off on a crew member shows when you assign them a trip.
