    Email itineraries to several bookings at once

    Tick bookings on Reservations and send each customer their itinerary in one go.

    • Tick and send — tick the bookings you want on Reservations, press Email itineraries, check the list and send. Each customer gets the same itinerary email as Share Itinerary, with every day of their course.
    • Nothing sent twice or to the wrong place — bookings with no email address, cancelled bookings and record-only activities are listed as skipped with the reason, and a Booking ID gets at most one itinerary every 10 minutes.
