    Send a balance reminder whenever you choose

    A new Send balance reminder button on the Booking ID sends the customer a friendly reminder of what they still owe, with a pay link when it can be paid online. You see the exact email before it goes.

    • Send balance reminder — under Send payment link on any Booking ID that owes money
    • See the email first — the real email, exactly as the customer will get it, with who it goes to and when the last reminder went
    • Same reminder as the automatic one — the same words and the same amount as the pay page, and your own custom reminder template if you have one
    • Works alongside the automatic reminder — send one by hand with it switched off, and sending one never stops the automatic one
