An Accountant role: sees the money, changes nothing

A fifth role for your bookkeeper. An Accountant sees Financials, reports, payments, invoices, credit notes, quotes, payouts, payroll and the partner statement, and can export them — and cannot change anything or open a client's record.

    • Invite or switch from Settings → Team — a Super Admin or Admin picks Accountant as the role, for someone new or someone already on the team.
    • Only the money pages, and payroll — their menu shows Sales, Financials, Staff and Workforce (read-only); client records, medical forms, waivers, the inbox, trips and settings stay closed.
    • Statements arrive on their own — every Accountant gets the payout statement and the monthly partner statement, alongside any address already copied. Turning statement emails off still sends nobody one.
    • Adjustable in Roles & Permissions — a Super Admin can turn the Accountant's view switches on or off; switches that change something stay off.
    • Client contact details stay out of exports — an Accountant's CSV exports leave a client's email and phone blank. A database-level lock on those booking columns follows in a separate update.
