November 7, 2026Customers can stop reminder emails
A customer who doesn't want trip reminders can now turn them off from the email itself, after a clear warning. Money, waivers and cancellations always still reach them.
- Unsubscribe link — trip reminders, Trip confirmed, itineraries, review requests and offers end with an Unsubscribe link. The page warns the customer that the shop isn't responsible for a missed check-in, and that balance emails still come.
- Always sent — booking confirmations, receipts, payment requests, balance reminders, waivers, cancellations and the messages you write yourself are never stopped.
- Reminder emails off — the client's page says when they turned them off, and an owner, admin or manager can turn them back on if they ask. Messages shows a note before you write to them.
- Fixed — the old unsubscribe link showed a page of code instead of a page, and "They asked to stop" on a client's page couldn't be saved. Both work now.
