    Partner shops: follow your diver, and a monthly commission statement

    When you book one of your clients with a partner shop, their page now shows how that booking is going, and the commission you agreed is recorded and added up for you each month. Seascape doesn't move this money — you settle with your partner directly.

    • Follow your diver — the client's page shows the partner's Booking ID and three answers: confirmed, deposit paid, waiver signed. You see their booking's progress, never their records or prices.
    • Commission is recorded for you — once the trip has run, the agreed rate is worked out on the price after any discount and before tax. A no-show pays only on what the partner kept, and a cancelled booking pays nothing.
    • A monthly statement — on the 1st, each shop gets an email with what it owes and is owed by every partner, booking by booking. Settings → Integrations → Partner statements shows any month, with a CSV.
    • Mark settled — once you've paid each other, a Super Admin or Admin of either shop marks the month settled, and both shops see it. Only Super Admins, Admins and people with Financials see commission amounts.
