Booking buttons stay readable on a light brand colour

Your booking page and trip calendar now write dark text on a light main colour, as your website already did, and the card terms link in Booking App settings opens a real page.

Readable buttons — on a light main colour such as yellow, booking buttons now have dark writing instead of white. The popup button you copy from Settings → Booking App does the same.
Card terms link — Settings → Booking App now gives the address of your card terms page. The old Terms & Conditions link led to a page that did not exist.
