Review requests wait until a course is finished

A student on a multi-day course is now asked how it went after the last day of the course, not after the first.

Courses — the review request and its follow-up wait for the course's final day. If a later day is cancelled, the ask goes out after the last day that ran.
Single trips — no change: still asked shortly after the trip.
