    Text alerts for your shop

    Owners and staff who signed up for text alerts will get a text when something needs their attention, once text alerts are switched on. Everything about them now lives in its own tab, Settings → Text alerts.

    • A confirmation text — everyone who has already signed up gets one, then alerts follow.
    • New and changed bookings — who booked, what and when, with a link to your dashboard.
    • Full trips, equipment due for service and payouts — a short text for each.
    • Choose what you get — Settings → Text alerts has a switch for each kind of text. Changed bookings start off; the rest start on.
    • See how many — the same tab shows how many texts you have had today, out of 20.
    • Reply STOP to stop, START to come back — texting START turns your alerts back on after a STOP. If you turned them off in Settings, turn them on there.
