Our privacy policy now explains, ahead of time, what Seascape will access and send if your shop connects its own Google or Meta account to your website. Nothing changes for a shop that has not connected one.
- What we access — each Google permission we ask for and what it is used for, and what we use in your Meta account.
- What we send — paid bookings go to your own Google Analytics and Meta pixel. Customer contact details go to Meta only if you turn that on and the customer accepted advertising cookies, and they are hashed before they leave us.
- Cookies — trackers load on your website pages only after a visitor accepts, never on booking, payment, waiver or check-in pages.
- Disconnecting and deleting — how to remove access at Seascape, Google or Meta, and how to ask us to delete what we hold.
