Gear fitted on the manifest stays fitted, with a Save button

Fitting a diver on Manifests now waits for Save, and the fitting follows them to every activity on their Booking ID.

Save — the diver's record on Manifests holds your changes until you press Save, and asks before discarding them if you close it.
Every activity — a fitting now reaches the diver's other activities on the Booking ID, including ones they booked online, and the record names them before you save.
No more vanishing sizes — a size picked while the record was still loading, or a weight typed just before closing, is no longer lost, and a save that could not land says so.
