Bookings from the same browser share one Booking ID

When a customer books again on your website in the same browser tab and with the same email, within 4 hours of their first booking, the new activities now join their first Booking ID instead of opening a second one. One itinerary, one balance, one manifest line for that customer.

    • For the customer — the confirmation says the activities were added to their existing booking, and their updated itinerary is emailed to them. The booking page never shows the earlier booking itself, so nobody using the same computer afterwards can see it.
    • Paying — each new activity's deposit is paid on its own, so the customer is only ever charged for what they just booked.
    • For your team — the client page and the booking show "Joined automatically", with a link to move an activity out if it turns out not to be the same person. Moving it out also stops that browser joining the booking again.
    • Bookings that stay separate — a different email, another browser, or a booking made from your printed QR code or a waitlist offer gets its own Booking ID.
