A course shows every day

A multi-day course now lists all of its dates on the client page, not just the first one.

Every day, on one line — on a client's page, a course in Last Booking and in the Bookings list now reads like "Sat 26 – Tue 29 Dec · 4 days", or lists each date when the days aren't back to back.
The schedule on hover — point at the dates to see each day's check-in, departure, return and boat, worded as on the customer's itinerary.
