Boats, equipment and vehicles follow their permissions

The Change boats, Change equipment and Change vehicles switches in Roles & Permissions now do what they say, for every role.

Switch one on, and it works — give Staff Change equipment and they can add and edit gear, its types, parts and documents
Switch one off, and it holds — a Manager without Change boats can see the boats but not change them
No buttons that can't work — a role without the switch no longer sees Add, Edit or Delete on those pages
Anyone can still log a service — recording maintenance stays open to the whole team; changing or deleting the history follows the asset's switch
