    Every permission switch now does what it says

    We checked every action in Roles & Permissions against what the system actually allows, and closed the gaps.

    • Staff can make bookings — Create and change reservations is now on for Staff, so Add Reservation works for them
    • Prices follow the bookings switch — editing a booking's price, discounts, price adjustments and extra lines need Create and change reservations
    • Charging a held card needs Charge a saved card — Staff can no longer capture a held card amount unless you switch that on for them
    • Payouts, card processing and billing are Super Admin and Admin only — Managers no longer change the payout schedule or the card-processing application
    • Staff can make Front Desk QR codes and schedule multi-day courses — both buttons were already there for them and failed; they work now
    • Files and invitations follow their switches — client documents, certificates, images and invitations follow the switch for what they belong to
