Balances show the exact amount, cents included

The client page and the clients list rounded money to whole dollars, so a balance of $337.50 read "$338". Staff charged what the screen said and the customer paid 50 cents too much. Every money figure in the back office now shows its cents.

Outstanding, Spent, Paid and Refunded on a client's page, each Booking ID's total, and "due" on the clients list now show the exact amount.
The dashboard's takings and revenue figures show cents too. Prices customers see on your booking page are unchanged.
