    Seat counts agree, and payment history stays put

    Every screen now counts a trip's seats the same way, recorded payments can only be undone by voiding them, and moving an activity to another Booking ID checks one more thing first.

    • One seat count everywhere — Today's Schedule, This Week, the occupancy tiles, Manifests and the 'trip is full' alert now count course students on every day of their course, as the booking page does.
    • Payment history stays put — a recorded payment can't be deleted or edited, only voided; a client with an account balance history can't be deleted; and bookings and trips are only removed the normal way, which keeps their card payment records.
    • Safer moves — moving an activity to another Booking ID now checks that every student there still has their own email address, and a refund or cancellation started while it moved asks you to try again.
    • Hold times in your time — the move dialog shows when an unpaid hold is released in your shop's time zone.
    • Record-only activities — an activity can be set not to contact the customer at all, by email or text (Email the customer, beside Auto-confirm). Day 1 Washout is set that way: the customer isn't told they were placed on it, and emails about the rest of their booking leave it out.
