Booking: everyone's added once, every trip is booked, and each person's details are asked one time

The booking page now starts with who's coming. The person booking types their name once, adds the others, and a link with several trips books every trip for everyone unless they untick one. Each person's details are asked once for all their trips, then they read and sign your waiver.

    • Every trip on a link is booked — a link with four trips books all four, with everyone on each unless the customer unticks someone. A full trip is shown as full before anyone fills anything in.
    • One name for the person booking — their own place uses the name, email and date of birth they typed once, so it can't be spelled two ways.
    • Details once per person — certification and the other questions are asked one time for all of that person's trips, and the next person can copy the shared answers.
    • The whole waiver is read — signing stays locked until the customer scrolls to the end of your waiver, and the time they reached the end is kept with the signature.
    • Each activity keeps its own deposit — a dive trip and a course on one booking show their deposits line by line (10% and $100 per student, for example), paid in one card payment.
