    Split an activity off into a new Booking ID

    Move to another Booking ID can now start a new one, so an activity filed under the wrong person, or one that should be billed on its own, gets a Booking ID of its own in one step.

    • Start a new Booking ID — open the activity, choose Move to another Booking ID…, pick Start a new Booking ID and press Move to a new Booking ID. It moves that one activity; its reference is given when you save.
    • What stays, and what goes — the other activities stay on the old Booking ID with what was paid on them; the activity you move takes its own payments and deposit with it, and each Booking ID asks for its own balance. Reminders already sent are not sent again.
    • For the right person — the new Booking ID is for the client of the activity you move, so someone else's dive booked under this client leaves under their own name.
