Refund to the card when it was paid in more than one card payment

A booking paid by card more than once (a deposit and then the balance, or two online bookings joined together) could not be refunded to the card: Refund said "More than one card payment on this booking" and Cancel only offered another way. Now one refund covers every card payment.

Refund — choose the card and the money goes back to every card payment it came on, newest first. The split shows before you press Refund ("$16.00 + $12.00, two payments"), and the customer gets one receipt.
Cancel — the card is offered again for these bookings, so card money isn't recorded as cash by mistake.
If the bank refuses part-way — Seascape says exactly how much went back and how much didn't, so nobody refunds twice.
