v1.146.1
fix
October 13, 2026Client records keep the date of birth, and group payments cover each activity's deposit first
What a customer tells you when they book online now stays on their client record, and a payment for a whole Booking ID pays each activity's deposit before anything else.
- Date of birth and emergency contact — a booking made online now fills these in on the client record, where it was blank. Existing clients are filled in from their most recent booking.
- One customer, one client record — a small typo between the booker's name and their own diver card no longer creates a second client.
- Required fields hold online — a field you marked Required can no longer be skipped on the online booking page, whatever browser the customer uses.
- Deposits first — a payment for a Booking ID with several activities pays each activity's unpaid deposit before spreading the rest, and Record Payment's preview shows the same split. Two recent group payments that left an activity short of its deposit have been re-split the same way; each Booking ID has a note saying what moved, and the totals are unchanged.
- Waivers on the right client — a diver's signed waiver now shows on that diver's own client record, not on the record of whoever made the booking. Waivers already signed have been moved to the right client; nothing about the signature changes.
