Activity names fit, and New Trip knows the day

Two small things from the Trips and Financials pages.

Revenue by Activity Type shows the whole name — the chart now makes room for the longest activity name instead of cutting it off at the left edge, and the last amount along the bottom is no longer cut short at the right.
New Trip starts on the day you picked — on the calendar, the New Trip button now opens the form on the highlighted day, the same as Add Trip in the day panel. With no day picked it works as before.
