After a customer leaves you a review, they are offered your Google and TripAdvisor links, and a second gentle ask goes out when the first one went unanswered.
- Your links, after every review — set your Google and TripAdvisor links under Settings, Profile. Leave either blank and only the other is shown.
- Everyone sees them, whatever they scored — Google banned sending only happy customers to a review page in April 2026 and penalises the business for it, so we ask everyone the same way.
- A second ask, about a week later — only when the first went unanswered, and it can never send more than once.
- Your rating and comment stay private — the public links are an invitation, not a redirect.
