    The moments nobody was told about

    Four things that were always in your data and never said anything: a diver who still owes their certification details, a no-show, a diver who has not been back, and a birthday.

    • Chase missing diver details — an email each morning to divers on an upcoming trip who still owe a date of birth, level or certification number. It is off until you turn it on, in Settings, Notifications, Trips.
    • A no-show follow-up — a note the next morning to someone who did not turn up, with a link to book again.
    • Win-back and birthday — a note to a diver who has not been out in nine months, and a greeting on their birthday.
    • All four are off by default — nothing changes until you switch one on, and each has its own switch.
    • Sending a form link by hand is unchanged — the new switch governs the automatic chase only.
