Messages can now be searched, assigned, snoozed, starred and archived, and you can leave a private note on a conversation that no customer ever sees.

Search — find a conversation by what was written in it.
Assign, snooze, archive and star — give a conversation to someone, put it out of sight until Tuesday, or file it away. Eight views, each with its own link you can bookmark or send.
Private notes — leave a note on a thread for your team. It is structurally impossible to send one to a customer.
Bulk actions — select several conversations and mark, archive or assign them together.
