    What happened to the mail you sent

    A shop with its own sending domain can see who followed a link in an email, and a customer who texts STOP is obeyed everywhere.

    • Link clicks — see who followed a link, on the customer's record and in the email outbox. Recorded by default for your own sending domain.
    • A tracking image is not — it is off unless you turn it on, and the screen says why: opens count image fetches, not people, and Apple and Gmail fetch them for everyone.
    • STOP is obeyed — from that moment, on every text the system sends, including ones staff send by hand. HELP is answered and START brings them back.
    • An SMS opt-out cannot be removed by the shop — only the handset that sent STOP can undo it, by texting START.
