    A photo that arrives

    A customer can reply with just a photo — a certification card, a passport page, a PDF — and it now reaches you. It was being thrown away in silence.

    • It used to vanish — a reply with no words and only a picture produced no message, no bell, and no email copy. Nothing recorded that it had arrived.
    • Now it opens from the conversation in Messages, and from the booking's Messages tab. The inbox says a photo arrived instead of showing a blank line.
    • The copy in your own inbox names the file and links to it rather than attaching it. An identity document copied into eight mailboxes cannot be un-sent.
    • Photos and PDFs only, 10 MB each. Anything else is refused, and the file's real type is checked rather than what the sender claimed.
