Documents that actually open

Every document on a client's record — certification cards, passports, medical forms — could be uploaded but never downloaded. The links have never worked.

They open now, including the ones already on file. Nothing needs re-uploading.
Deleting one removes the file too — it used to delete the record and leave the file behind.
