    Refunds and voids now follow the permission you set

    The "Issue refunds and voids" switch in Settings → Roles & Permissions did nothing — any member of a shop could refund, void a sale, void a tip, or send money back to a customer's card. It is enforced now, everywhere.

    • Every way of giving money back now checks the switch — the till's refund and void, a reservation refund, a whole-trip refund, voiding a payment or a tip, and a card refund through the bank.
    • ⚠️ Staff cannot refund unless you turn it on. The switch is off for Staff by default and always has been, so if you want a staff member to be able to refund, tick "Issue refunds and voids" for Staff in Settings → Roles & Permissions. Managers and admins are unaffected.
    • The till tells you when a void is refused instead of saying "Transaction voided" and changing nothing.
