    A signed waiver is now required before a booking is taken

    A customer booking online, or checking themselves in, signs the liability waiver before the booking is made and before they pay. It was possible to reach the boat with a complete diver record and nothing signed.

    • The emailed form now refuses too — a guest sent a link could previously submit, be marked complete, and hold no waiver. It now asks for the signature before it accepts anything.
    • Anyone already marked complete without one can still be asked — their form reopens instead of being closed, so you can chase them the normal way.
    • Your office is unchanged — staff still take bookings, record paper waivers and send forms exactly as before.
    • A waiver signed on paper still counts — nobody is asked to sign twice.
