Payment receipts are simpler, and show what was actually charged

A customer queried her deposit receipt believing she had been overcharged. Her money was always correct, but the receipt listed each trip's full price above what she had paid, and showed the wrong amount for the card charge. Receipts now show the payments and nothing else.

    • The transactions, not the trips — a receipt lists what was paid and when. What was booked is on the itinerary, where it belongs.
    • One payment reads as one payment — a card charge spread across two activities in a Booking ID was being listed as two, so a customer who paid twice appeared to have paid three times.
    • Your own currency only — the receipt no longer mentions the bank's settlement currency. The figure still appears on the page a customer sees straight after paying, where it explains their statement.
    • It says which payment it is for — receipts previously did not name the payment that had just been received.
    • Card payments taken against a whole Booking ID now show in the office — they were missing from the card panel entirely.
