September 11, 2026A waiver whose signature is gone can be sent again
A diver whose signature file had been lost still counted as signed, so there was no way to ask them to sign again — the product said "Already signed — nothing to send" and refused.
- The roster now asks whether the signature actually exists, not just whether a row claims it does. A waiver whose file is missing reads as outstanding again — on the roster, at check-in, in the morning brief and on the waiver link.
- So "Send waiver" works for those divers, instead of refusing with "Already signed".
- And a new signature can no longer be silently discarded — submitting one for a diver in that state used to be thrown away, because the same check said they were already covered.
