    One QR code for several activities

    A party doing different things can now sign up on one code, one Booking ID and one payment — and each person is judged by the rules of the activity they are actually on.

    • One code, several activities — pick a day at the front desk and tick what runs that day, or leave it on "any upcoming date" for a counter sticker covering several activities. Both carry pay-at-the-desk, the same as a single-activity code.
    • Everyone signs up once — the person scanning fills in the whole party and picks each person's activity. It becomes one Booking ID with one payment, and one signed waiver covers them all.
    • Each activity's own rules apply to each person — the diver is asked for their certification and last dive; the snorkeller beside them is not. Junior depth limits are judged against the activity that person is on, not the first one on the code.
    • An adult can accompany a child on a different activity — a parent on the dive counts for a twelve-year-old on the snorkel, which is what a family actually books.
    • Existing single-activity links, printed codes and the card that makes them are unchanged.
