    Refunds reach your payouts on their own

    A refund made at the bank is now picked up automatically and deducted from your next payout, and a card payment no longer loses its booking when a diver moves to another trip.

    • Refunds from the bank portal count — if you refund a card at Belize Bank rather than in Seascape, we now see it, take it off your next payout, add it to the booking's payment history, and email the customer their receipt. You no longer have to tell us by hand.
    • Card payments stay with the diver — moving someone to another trip used to cut the link between their card payment and their booking, which meant the Refund button could not find it. That's fixed, and payments that came adrift are reconnected.
    • Refund anything you can see — a card payment that isn't attached to a booking now shows under the diver's name on the booking's Payments tab, with a working Refund button.
