    Your payout statement adds up

    Fixes to the figures and wording on the statement you receive when a payout is sent, and to the payout ledger behind it.

    • The fee percentage is your rate — it is now worked out over the card payments alone. A refund returns the payment but not the processing fee, and counting refunds in the divisor made the percentage read higher than the rate you actually agreed.
    • The PDF reconciles — the statement's line items are net of fees, so it now shows the fees as their own line between the subtotal and the total. Adding up the column gets you the figure that reached your bank.
    • Every line names something you recognise — a payment whose original booking was re-made shows as a card payment with its own reference instead of a raw gateway code, and money recorded by hand shows the note explaining where it came from.
    • One statement per payout — marking a payout paid twice no longer sends you a second copy.
    • Awaiting payout and Paid out are accurate — both totals now cover your full history rather than the most recent hundred payments, and count Belize dollars only.
