    Your payout statement explains its own arithmetic

    The statement email and PDF now count card payments and refunds separately, name the fee for what it is, and date every line in Belize time.

    • Payments and refunds are counted separately — a payout that includes refunds used to describe all of its lines as card payments, so the fee percentage did not divide the two figures printed beside it. It now says how many payments were taken, how many refunds came off, and shows the rate against the amount it is actually charged on.
    • The PDF calls the fee a fee — the processing charge was labelled "Discount" on the attachment you send to your accountant.
    • Dates match your own records — payment dates on the statement and its CSV were in UTC, so an evening dive appeared on the following day. They are Belize dates now, the same as your dashboard.
