    Find a booking by the reference on the card payment

    The reference a card payment carries at the bank now names the Booking ID, and searching Reservations for any card reference — including older ones — finds the booking the money is on.

    • Search by what the bank shows. Type a card payment's reference into Reservations and it finds the booking, even when that reference belongs to an activity that has since been removed. The list says when it found something that way, so a Booking ID you did not type does not read as the wrong result.
    • Card payments now carry the Booking ID. A payment's reference at the bank leads with the Booking ID, which does not change when a diver switches trips, followed by the activity code and the trip. It is the same Booking ID your payout statement prints, so the two documents match line for line.
    • The card payments list reaches further back. Its search covered only the most recent 200 payments and said nothing about it; it now covers a thousand and tells you plainly when a result could be older than the list.
