    Report a problem from the page it happened on

    There's a bug icon in the top bar now. Press it and Seascape takes a picture of the page you're looking at, then asks what went wrong — so we see what you saw instead of reading a description of a screen you've already left.

    • A picture, taken before you type — the screenshot is of the page you were on, not of the box you're writing in. You can see it before you send, and remove it if the screen has a customer's details on it.
    • It brings the boring details along — which page, which browser, what size your screen was, and anything that had already gone wrong in the background. Nobody has to ask you.
    • It goes to the same place — your report still appears under Feedback with a thread, and Seascape still replies there and by email.
    • The top bar reaches the edge of the screen — on a wide monitor the search box and buttons used to stop two-thirds of the way across, leaving a long empty strip. On a phone the last button was being cut off.
